The video has gone viral all over the internet and has invoked women to question the real sense of women empowerment and equality. While people talk about all the feats women have achieved and celebrate today with flowers and cake, Kriti questions the hollowness of this day and our inability as a society to make a real difference in the way women are treated or perceived.

On the work front, Kriti was last seen in the movie ‘Dilwale’ and is currently filming for the upcoming movie ‘Raabta’ and ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’ which is due to hit the theatres on July 21, 2017.
