Rajinikanth is currently in Mumbai and has begun shooting for his next film – Kaala Karikalan
Its not everyday that you get to see superstar Rajinikanth on the streets of Mumbai! The superstar was spotted in Mumbai, shooting for his upcoming film Kaala Karikalan, on May 29, 2017.
Rajinikanth will be shooting for Kaala Karikalan (also known as Kaala) for the next few days in Mumbai. The film is being directed by Pa. Ranjith and is likely to be a sequel to Kabali, which released in 2016. The actor before leaving for Mumbai interacted with the media and said, “The shooting for Kaala begins tomorrow.. I am leaving for Mumbai.. You are doing your job, please allow me to do my job”.
The makers of the film will be shooting 40 percent of the film in Mumbai as the film is set at the back drop of Mumbai with underworld connections. Rajinikanth will be seen playing the role of a gangster. Santhosh Narayanan has been roped in as the composer and the film will be made in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu simultaneously.
