Arjun Kapoor’s last Bollywood outing was in Mubarakan where he starred with his uncle, Anil Kapoor
Arjun Kapoor, who is a football enthusiast himself, has been announced as the new co-owner and brand ambassador of the Indian Super League FC Pune City at an event in Mumbai on October 26, 2017. The Ki and Ka actor was earlier the brand ambassador of the club.
Kapoor in a press release said, “I love football and have grown up watching and playing the sport. I still actively play with my friends, who also are co-owners at various clubs in ISL”. The new season of the Indian Super League is ready to begin on November 17, 2017.
This time Kerala Blasters and last season’s finalists Atletico de Kolkata will be facing each other in the first game of the season. On the work front, Arjun was last seen in the film Mubarakan which also starred Anil Kapoor, Ileana D’Cruz and Athiya Shetty. The film opened to mixed reviews from the audience and critics.
