The National awards ceremony in Delhi was an emotional event for Boney Kapoor and daughter Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor on May 3, 2018. The Kapoor family attended the 65th National Film Awards and late actress Sridevi was honoured with the Best Actress Award for her performance in the film Mom released in 2017.
Khushi, Janhvi and Boney Kapoor were snapped entering the Vigyan Bhavan and looked great together. Janhvi Kapoor looked gorgeous in a traditional sari with subtle make up and minimal jewellery. Khushi opted for a simple lehenga while Boney was seen in a navy blue bandhgala outfit. Sridevi was honored for her incredible performance in the film Mom which was released in 2017.
Boney Kapoor broke down when Sridevi’s name was announced. Janhvi, Khushi and Boney went to the stage together to receive the award presented by President Ram Nath Kovind and Information and Broadcasting and Textiles Minister Smriti Irani.
