Presenting Shaina NC’s exquisite collection from AIFW A/W 2017, Day 1

Celebrity fashion designer Shaina NC presented her unique collection at the AIFW Autumn/ Winter 21017 in New Delhi on March 15, 2017. Her collection was presented by Jharcraft, a collaboration with Jharkhand’s handicrafts and textiles.

The Fashion Designer Council of India (FDCI) in collaboration with Jharcraft announced Jharkhand as Partner tSate for Amazon India Fashion Week Autumn/ Winter 2017. Owing to this collaboration, the highlight of this year’s AIFW Autumn/ Winter 2017 collection would be different interpretations of Tussar silk and Kuchai garments.

Designers including Shaina NC, Rina Dhaka, Shurti Sancheti and Divya and Ambika showcased their collections with a focus on Jharkhand’s textiles and crafts.

This was Shiana’s first time presenting her collection at the Amazon India Fashion Week and we are completely in love with her creations! Models sashayed in intricately embroidered Tussar silk sarees, golden embellishments paired with velvet blouses.
