Kamya Panjabi pays tribute to Pratyusha Banerjee with short film Hum Kuchh Kah Na Sakey

Kamya Panjabi to release Hum Kuchh Kah Na Sakey on April 1, 2017 as a tribute to the late Balika Vadhu actress Pratyusha Banerjee

Pratyusha Banerjee’s death last year shocked the Indian television community and fans when the TV actress committed suicide in her apartment in Mumbai. Her friend and TV actress Kamya Panjabi has shared the promo of Banerjee’s last short film Hum Kuchh Kah Na Sakey to pay tribute to her and it will be released on her first death anniversary on April 1, 2017.

In the promo of the film – which was reportedly shot a few days before her death – Banerjee is portrayed as suffering from a heartbreak, battling depression, which spirals down into alcoholism and also features a co-star by the name of Rahul, which coincidentally was the name of her boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh, who is allegedly one of the reasons Pratyusha took that drastic step.

Hum Kuchh Kah Na Sakey has been produced by Stay tuned media and shot by Nikhar Neerushaa Mariyam.

Pratyusha was well known for her role Anandi in the Colors TV serial Balika Vadhu and had made appearances on Bigg Boss 7 and Jhalak Dikhla Jaa.
