Bollywood Garam: Model Poonam Pandey, who hogged a lot of attention during the 2011 World Cup victory of the Indian Cricket team, has said that she would not be stripping on camera. The 19-year-old said that she has been flooded with offers from Bollywood for item songs and several other roles, but insisted that she will not be stripping for anyone else except for the Indian team.
Poonam had recently claimed that the BCCI has rejected Poonam’s plea to strip for the Indian team. But her attempt has got her a lucrative offer to participate in the reality show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ – the Indian version of Fear Factor.
When Poonam was asked if her bold image would affect her career, she said that her bold image will never let her down. The skinny model added that her decision to strip for the Indian team was purely to show her love for the country and not for cheap publicity.
Despite many accusations and oppositions, the Kingfisher calendar model said that they were many people, who had actually understood her sentiments and supported her cause. Poonam said that right now she is preparing for the reality show KKK, by practicing underwater swimming, which will be shot in Cape Town, South Africa.
