Marathi actor Siddharth Jadhav and wife Trupti have become the next celebrity couple to be eliminated from Nach Baliye 8. After Utkarsha Naik and husband Manoj, Siddharth and wife Trupti are the latest to make an exit from the show. The fate of the contestants on the show is decided in terms of marks from the judges and audience votes.
Last week Utkarsha Naik, known for the TV series Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, made it to the bottom due to lack of popularity and performance. Siddharth had earlier won Hrithik Roshan’s heart for his performance on the song Pinga from Bajirao Mastani.
Cricketer Harbhajan Singh and wife Geeta Basra visited the sets recently and interacted with the judges and the contestants. Harbhajan and Geeta not just enjoyed the show but also showed off their dancing skills. They also brought along their baby girl. Meanwhile, the eliminations have begun and the competition among the celebrity couples is going to get tougher. Some are already hit by its adverse effects. TV actress Divyanka Tripathi hurt her back during rehearsals due to which she could not perform in the episode recently shot. Husband Vivek Dahiya had to perform with his choreographer. Of course, the contestants are doing a great job of wowing the judges and audience alike. For this season, we’ve got Bollywood’s hottest young star, Sonakshi Sinha and famed choreographer Terence Lewis putting in their expertise to get the contestants to do their best. It’s sad to see Siddharth Jadhav and Trupti leave the dance floor!
