Bollywood Garam: Bollywood has started a new trend in remixing old hit retro tracks and using them for the new movies. Bollywood actress and item girl Yana Gupta is now a part of another such track ‘Laila O Laila’, which was previously done by gorgeous veteran actress Zeenat Aman.
Yana will be seen in the item song of the movie ‘Chalo Dilli’, which is produced by newly-married Lara Dutta. This is the first time Lara is producing a movie. The courtesy of the item number goes to husband Mahesh Bhupathi, who had given the idea of adding the item song in then movie.
Yana is now geared up to promote the movie and had even distributed T-shirts and music DVDs at a promotional event. The old and popular track of the movie ‘Qurbani’ starring Feroz Khan and Zeenat Aman has been remixed to make it sound new.
In the item song, the stunning Miss. Gupta – who previously raised temperatures with her “Babuji zara dheere chalo” item number – is seen in a new look and will be seen matching the sensuality of Zeenat in the new version. Teddy Maurya had managed to set up a unique and colorful set for the song. The cast of the movie has Lara Dutta and Vinay Pathak, which will be released on 29th April 2011.
