Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala – who recently underwent cancer treatment in the US – is now back in Mumbai. Koirala has been cured completely and is now recovering and trying to continue with her normal life.
Indian actress Deepti Naval was on the same flight as Koirala and the return journey was carefully coordinated. Manisha was in the US because of her treatment, while Naval was there to attend her nephew’s wedding ceremony. Deepti was full of praises for Manisha’s determination and spirit.
Naval said, “Manisha is looking great and healthy… you can’t imagine my happiness today. Manisha is now ready to resume her normal life in Mumbai.” Other friends of the actress from the industry are also admiring Manisha for her bravery. Actor Jackie Shroff has called Manisha ‘The Wall’ for being so strong in a difficult situation. Actor Gulshan Grover encouraged the actress by saying that she has the ability to get back on her feet. Grover added, “… She has this knack of taking to some activity, mostly painting or reading, and she pursues it so diligently that she stops worrying.”
Even before being diagnosed with cancer, Koirala was in the news. The actress was going through a difficult time earlier, as she was facing a broken marriage.
