Lead actors of upcoming film Qaidi Band launched the song I Am India in a unique way in Mumbai on July 25, 2017. The patriotic song was launched at the historic monument, Gateway of India and is sung by Arijit Singh and Yashita Sharma. Debutants Anya Singh and Aadar Jain launched the song along with the other band mates.
As Independence Day is just round the corner, the song has been dropped in the perfect time. The lyrics of the song have been penned down by Habib Faisal and is composed by Amit Trivedi. The video of the song shows a group of enthusiastic prisoners who are performing at an event at the jail to impress the authorities.
The story of the film is about seven innocent people who are under trial and form a band while in jail. The film will be released on August 25, 2017 and will mark the debut of two upcoming stars Aadar Jain and Anya Singh.
