The entire cast and crew of Bhoomi marked the beginning of the Ganesh Festival by launching the Ganesh Aarti song sung by Sanjay Dutt in Mumbai on August 25, 2017. The team gathered to launch the song and also performed rituals of the Ganesh Festival.
The launch event saw Sanjay Dutt and Manyata Dutt in traditional outfits while they performed the rituals. Manyata looked pretty in a green and golden sari while Sanjay appeared in a white kurta and pyjama. The event also saw the presence of director Omung Kumar, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sharad Kelkar, Bhushan Kumar, Divya Khosla and others.
Sanjay, while talking about the Ganesh Aarti song said, “I am reciting shlokas in the song. I’m an ardent believer of Mata Rani, who has given me the strength to face hard times. When the makers came up with the idea, I was immediately sold.” The film has Sanjay and Aditi playing the lead roles of a father and daughter and will be released in theatres on September 22, 2017.
