Bollywood Garam: Veteran actor Dharmendra had always opposed her daughters to work in films. While Esha managed to convince daddy Deol, seems like Ahana won’t get the chance to prove her acting skills.
Earlier, an announcement was made by Hema Malini that her daughter Ahana will be playing the role of Juliet in the upcoming movie by Aparna Sen. Aparna was reportedly preparing to make a movie with the inspiration of Shakespeare’s ‘Romeo and Juliet’ and was planning to cast Prateik Babbar and Ahana Deol.
When asked Dharmendra, he rubbished the news by saying that these are mere stories made up and Ahana is not planning to do any movie. The ‘Sholay’ actor added that his daughter is very young and that she has a very clear head.
When Dharmendra was told that his wife Hema had made the announcement, the actor even then insisted that the news wasn’t true. Dharmendra then concluded that even if she had any such plans then he wasn’t aware of it and that Ahana will not be acting in movies. The Deol family is right now planning to start their own reality show, in which they would be encouraging the sportsmen from the country. The show will be judged by Dharmendra and Sunny Deol.
