Rani Mukherji is all set to make a comeback to the Hindi film industry with her upcoming movie, Hichki
It has been a long time since Rani Mukherji has been away from the silver screens. But the wait is over as the actress is ready to make a comeback to Bollywood with the upcoming film, Hichki. The Saathiya actress was snapped at the airport in Mumbai on September 13, 2017. Rani was seen in a cheerful mood and was all smiles as she made her way through the airport lobby.
The actress was seen in a blue top, denims and a stylish brown jacket and completed her look with a white bag and a wide smile. Rani is ready to return to the silver screens with the film Hichki directed by Siddharth P. Malhotra and produced by Maneesh Sharma. The actress has finished shooting for the film which is at present in the post-production stage.
Makers of Hichki have so far not announced the release date of the film. The official Twitter handle of the production house, Yash Raj Films, under whose banner the movie is being released, has kept posting updates about the film. On the first day of the shoot, the makers shared a picture of the actress in a classroom with ‘Shoot Starts Today’ written on a blackboard.
Rani was last seen in the film Mardaani in which she played the role of a tough cop and now the actress will be seen playing the role of a teacher. The Kuch Kuch Hota Hai actress took a break from films after she got married to filmmaker Aditya Chopra. Rani and Aditya are now parents to a baby girl Adira born on December 9, 2015.
