Actress Sagarika Ghatge and cricketer Zaheer Khan had an intimate court wedding on November 23, 2017 and then hosted a low-key wedding reception in Mumbai on the same day. The wedding ceremony was attended by just the immediate family members and close friends while the reception saw a few guests including family and friends.
The bride looked beautiful in a simple yet elegant pink lehenga sari while Zaheer looked dapper in a black velvet blazer. Zaheer and Sagarika were seen walking hand-in-hand as they came to interact with the media and posed for the cameras. The guests at the reception included Vidya Malvade, Sachin Tendulkar with wife Anjali Tendulkar, director Abhishek Kapoor with wife Pragya, Hazel Keech, Harbhajan Singh and others.
The newly-weds will also be hosting a grand wedding reception, on November 27, 2017 at the Taj Mahal Palace and Tower.
