The red carpet of the Zee Cine Awards 2018 turned in to a fashion ramp as celebrities from Bollywood and TV industry turned up for the event in Mumbai on December 19, 2017. The red carpet saw the Who’s Who of Bollywood and some scintillating performances that left the audience mesmerized. The awards honoured the best works of the actors for their contribution in Hindi cinema.
The red carpet saw the presence of Sridevi, Jacqieline Fernandez, Alia Bhatt, Tanisha Mukherji, Gauahar Khan, Chunky Pandey, Shiamak Davar, Urvashi Rautela, Rohit Roy, Ronit Roy, Gurmeet Chaudhary,Karan Johar, Rajkummar Rao, Alka Yagnik, Boney Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Radhika Apte, Sophie Chaudry, Surveen Chawla, Rhea Chakraborthy, Ranveer Singh, Neha Kakkar, Varun Dhawan, Sidharth Malhotra, Shahid Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Akshay Kumar, Bhumi Pednekar, Jackie Shroff and others.
The evening was hosted by Sunil Grover and Rohit Shetty, who left the audience in splits with the wit and humour. Veteran actress Sridevi won the Best Actor Female award for her performance in the film Mom while Varun Dhawan won the Best Actor Male award for his performance in the film Badrinath Ki Dulhania.
