Shahid Kapoor is currently filming for his upcoming film Batti Gul Meter Chalu which also stars Shraddha Kapoor. The Jab We Met actor was snapped at the Mumbai airport on March 13, 2018. Shahid returned from Tehri in Uttarakhand, India where he was shooting for his upcoming film.
The actor was all smiles at the airport as he was clicked by the paparazzi. Shahid looked cool in a casual white t-shirt, grey pants, black jacket and white sneakers. The Badmaash Company star along with his co-star Shraddha Kapoor were staying in the houses with the locals in Tehri instead of staying at plush hotels.
The producers opted for local houses as the nearest hotel was far away from the actual shoot location. Shraddha and Shahid had instantly agreed to the idea of staying in the local houses. The film Batti Gul Meter Chalu is slated for a release on August 31, 2018 and is directed by Shree Narayan Singh.
