It was Madhuri Dixit who created magic with the iconic song Ek Do Teen in the film Tezaab. Now Jacqueline Fernandez is all set to recreate the same magic with the recreated version of the song Ek Do Teen for the upcoming film Baaghi 2 which has Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani in the lead roles.
For the fans who were waiting for the new version of the song, Jacqueline unveiled a short teaser on the social media. After unveiling her first look from the song, the Sri Lankan beauty dropped a teaser video. The teaser begins with the audience shouting Mohini! Mohini! And then Jacqueline enters on the signature tune of the song.
The costume looks similar that what Madhuri wore in the 1988 flick. Jacqueline captioned the teaser, “A forever-favourite!! The countdown begins #EkDoTeen #SajidNadiadwala #Baaghi2onMarch30 @tigerjackieshroff @DishaPatani @khan_ahmedasas @ganeshacharyaa @Nadiadwalagrandson @FoxStarHindi @tseries.official.” The question remains if the Dishoom actress managed to keep up to the level of Madhuri who is still known as the dancing queen of Bollywood.
Choreographer turned filmmaker Ahmed Khan in a statement said that he wants the same feel of the earlier song with the same vibe and the crowd chanting Mohini! Mohini! The film Baaghi 2 will be releasing in theatres on March 30, 2018.
