Kareena Kapoor has always been the star of the grand finale of the Lakme Fashion Week in almost all the seasons. This time too, the Jab We Met actress turned showstopper for designer Monisha Jaisingh at the grand finale of the Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2018 on August 26, 2018.
Kareena looked gorgeous and stunned in a silver gown as she walked the ramp with elegance and grace . The actress completed her look with minimal make-up and soft-curls. The show saw the presence of Sussanne Khan, Shweta Bachchan and Karan Johar. The grand finale event started off with a performance by Canada-based live entertainment company Cirque du Soliel, who gave a glimpse of their show Bazzar.
The evening also launched Kareena’s first ever make-up line with the title Kareena Kapoor Khan by Lakme Absolute. The Udta Punjab actress during a media interactions said, “It has been great as we have been associated for almost eight years so it has been a long collaboration and make-up is something every actor wears so coming together to do a make-up tie up, I think the timing has been just perfect.” The collection by Jaising had hues like moss green, blacks, blues and some heavy use of embellishments, sparkle and glitter.
