Farah Khan and Rohit Shetty are one of the most wanted filmmakers in Bollywood. The two giants are all set to collaborate for an upcoming action-comedy film for Rohit’s production house Rohit Shetty Picturez. The news was revealed by Farah in a statement.
The filmmaker in a statement said, “Sometimes the universe just conspires to give you what you didn’t even imagine. Together with Rohit, who I genuinely love as a brother and whose work ethic I respect and share, I can only promise ‘Mother of all Entertainers’! Cant wait to say ‘roll camera’ for this one”. The upcoming film will be presented by Reliance Entertainment and produced by Rohit Shetty Picturez.
Rohit’s recently released film Simmba has done wonders at the box office with Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan in the lead. The filmmaker said that it is a privilege for his production company to have Farah on board as a director as she is “extremely talented and hard working”. Rohit added, “It will definitely be a wonderful association. I can’t wait to start working with this extremely talented powerhouse”.
Farah ahs had a history of making some of the most entertaining comedy films in the past like Main Hoon Naa, Happy New Year and others and a collaboration with Rohit Shetty would surely be a masterpiece.
