Since the lockdown, Salman Khan and his team from Being Human foundation has helped tirelessly to the needy who are out of work due to the coronavirus pandemic. Even today, the actor continues to distribute essentials through the truck Being Haangryy. The truck with the name was seen on the roads of Mumbai and distributed food essentials to the needy.
Earlier this month, many videos had surfaced on the internet which distributed food kits to the poor people. But the actor has not announced the initiative himself, but the videos that show food being distributed across the city shows the efforts. Ever since the lockdown was announced, Salman has been staying at his Panvel farmhouse near Mumbai and has been spending time working out.
There was also a video which had shown himself and his colleagues Jacqueiline Fernandez and Iulia Vantur loading food grains to trucks and tractors. The Dabangg star has been regularly posting videos while raising awareness about the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Before the lockdown was announced, the actor had also urged people to greet people with a Namaste instead of a hand shake or a hug and practice social distancing. The coronavirus pandemic is a very infectious and contagious disease and is spread though droplets from mouth by coughing or sneezing.
