Aryan Khan ready make directorial debut with Stardom

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan is ready to set a foot in the industry. However, he will not be starting off as an actor but as a director. The youngster is ready to make his directorial debut with a web series named Stardom. The show is reportedly based on the backdrop of the Indian Film Industry. The OTT platform where the series will be released has not been announced yet.

Some of the earlier reports had claimed that Aryan will be featuring in a web series that will be featured on the leading OTT platform Amazon Prime Video. But then Aryan made an announcement that he has finished the draft of his first project which is a web-series. The filming of the web-series has started. The series will have six episodes but official information in the same is yet to be made. The series is backed by Gauri Khan and Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment.

Aryan has earlier shot an ad film where he got to direct his father Shah Rukh Khan. The father and son duo featured in the ad for the streetwear brand D’yavol X. On the work front, Shah Rukh is currently waiting for the release of his film Jawan which is directed by Atlee and is scheduled to be released on June 2, 2023. He was last seen in the film Pathaan which also starred Deepika Padukone and John Abraham.

Apart from Jawan, Shah Rukh Khan is also due to be seen in the upcoming film Tiger 3 and Dunki. Talking about Aryan Khan, he is the eldest son of Shah Rukh and Gauri. He is 24 years old and is a bachelor in Fine Arts Television production from the School of Cinematic Arts, University of Southern California in 2020. He has a younger sister Suhana Khan and brother AbRam Khan.
