Bollywood Garam: Ekta Kapoor’s much talked about movie ‘Dirty Picture’ is preparing itself to do the best possible things for the movie. The makers of the movie, Ekta Kapoor and Milan Luthria have signed the popular music composer duo Vishal and Shekhar for the movie.
Earlier, the duo had worked with Luthria for the movie ‘Taxi No 9211’ and had generated a hit track, ‘Meter Down’. The movie had John Abhraham and Nana Patekar, who had grooved to the tracks of Vishal and Shekhar.
This will be the first time Vishal and Shekhar will be working with Balaji Productions. Earlier, the duo was approached for the movie ‘Shor In the City’, which had Tusshar Kapoor, Radhika Apte and Preeti Desai.
But some how things could not work out between the production and the composing duo. The movie ‘Dirty Picture’ is supposed to be a controversial musical entertainer and the responsibility of the music of the movie has been given to Vishal and Shekhar. The movie cast includes Vidya Balan, Emraan Hashmi, Tusshar Kapoor and Naseeruddin Shah in the lead roles.
In the movie, Vidya will be portraying the role of Silk Smitha, who was considered as a famous porn actress in the 80s. The work on the music has already begun and five dance and romantic tracks are being planed for the movie.
