Bollywood Garam: Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif has been voted at the Sexiest Woman for the year 2011 and beats 99 other women to top the 100 sexiest women list in India, on FHM India Magazine’s annual rankings. Kaif has sizzled on the cover page of the latest issue of the mens magazine and makes it the third time she has won the title.
The ‘Welcome’ actress has posed in a simple white top with frills along with denim hot pants. On the cover page, Katrina looks ravishing and hot proving that she deserves to be at the top of the list.
Kaif has left behind actress Deepika Padukone, who had topped the list in the year 2010. The rankings for the 100 Sexiest Women list are based on voting done via SMS and the internet. Katrina had earlier bagged the title in 2008 and 2009 as well.
More than 35,000 votes had poured in for the rankings. Kabeer Sharma, the executive director of FHM India said in a statement that till now, no woman in the 28 editions of FHM around the world had made it to the top for three times in the last 17 years. Sharma added that Kaif’s average was more than that of Sachin Tendulkar’s and she had replaced Deepika, who had won in 2010.
Moreover, Kaif was the only Bollywood actress to feature in India Today’s Elite Power list and was also the most searched Indian celebrity on the internet. She also happens to be the only Asian actress to be featured in the Barbie Doll range.
