Bollywood Garam: After the success of the 2004 block buster movie ‘Masti’, which starred Ritesh Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi, Aftab Shivdasani, Genelia D’Souza and Amrita Rao, a sequel of the movie is under process. Producer Ashok Thakeria had said that they are planning to make its sequel at the earliest.
The producer said that most of the actors of the movie will remain unchanged, which will also include Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza. Genelia and Ritesh in the movie were paired opposite each other as husband and wife.
Fans seem to wonder what story will be brought out this time by the makers for the audience. Genelia and Ritesh had also debuted together with the movie ‘Tujhe Meri Kasam’ and are now also planning to do another movie which will be directed by the first time director Mandeep Kumar.
Kumar will be directing a romantic comedy movie that will be produced by Tips. After the movie ‘Masti’, the two have always been under the affair radar. The couple has been many times seen in public, but they have never spoken openly about their relationship. Earlier, there were also reports that the two were planning to get married and that the couple had even decided that they would be getting married according to both Christian and Maharashtrian traditions.
