Neha Dhupia rocks the ethnic fusion look on day 3 of the Lakme Fashion Week Winter Festive 2014.
Neha Dhupia, one of Bollywood’x style divas, sauntered down the runway in designer Swati Vijaivargie’s eclectic ethnic wear, on day 3 of the ongoing Lakme Fashion Week Winter Festive 2014 on August 21, 2014 in India.
Swati’s collection was replete with geometric prints, traditional motifs and handmade silks. Her creations included hints of Bohemian culture with trousers, jackets, tops, blouses, tunics and coats.
The designer choice of color palate – deep blue, burnt tangerine, smoke black, emerald green and fuchsia – added a playful and vibrant touch to the garments.
The event was also attended by tinsel town celebs such as including Rohit Bal, Mini Mathur and husband Kabir Khan, Patralekha and Shonali Nagrani.
The Lakme Fashion week is a 7-day fashion event featuring stunning creations of the top fashion designers in India. Many Bollywood celebrities have been showstoppers for these designers’ collections and this has helped adding the much needed glam quotient to this fashion show. Some of the Bollywood celebrities who have walked the runway at this season’s Lakme Fashion Week include Jacqueline Fernandez, Malaika Arora Khan, Bipasha Basu, Dia Mirza, Diana Penty, Chitrangada Singh, Kriti Sanon among several others.
