As the New Year’s Eve fast approaches, it is time for the ‘A’ list actors in Bollywood to mint money. Super star Shahrukh Khan has been candid about saying that he can perform on any function provided he is paid his worth.
For now Shahrukh Khan is known to charge Rs. 4 crores to perform at events. But this year it is likely that the star might increase the fees especially after the average success of ‘Ra.One’.
The actor might also increase his fees looking at his upcoming release ‘Don 2’. The sequel of the movie ‘Don’ is also expected to be a block buster, which is directed by Farhan Akhtar.
However, Shahrukh is not the only star to charge exorbitant in the new year season. Stars like Katrina Kaif, Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra, charge between 1.2 crores to Rs. 2 crores for performing at the New Year’s Eve events. But among these stars it is expected that Kareena can increase her fees this year looking at her recent successful movies like ‘Ra.One’, ‘Bodyguard’ and ‘Golmaal 3’. On the other hand the actresses like Bipasha Basu, Malaika Arora Khan and Mallika Sherawat fall under the affordable bracket and charge between Rs. 50 lakhs to Rs 75 lakhs.
