Manish Malhotra draws the curtain in style on the LFW 2014.

The Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2014 finale – August 24, 2014 – was glamorous affair with a bevy of stars in attendance.

Celebs from the filmy world – Aditi Rao Hydari, Karishma Kapoor, Juhi Chawla, Kajol, Karan Johar, Priyanka Chopra, Richa Chadda, Sridevi, Boney Kapoor, Huma Quereshi, Dino Morea and Gauri Shinde –  amped up the glam quotient with their fashionista-like dressing. 

Couturier Malhotra’s show was the perfect ending to the 6 day long stylish event. Manish Malhotra showcased his interpretation of contemporary Indian bridal wear, called the ‘Indian Cocktail’. The uber glamorous collection was inspired by ‘The Gloss Look’ – Lakme’s latest beauty statement.

Inculcating his signature style, Manish brought about a refreshing twist to lehengas and brought the edge back into the traditional with racer backs and many more western silhouettes. Bollywood actors Kareena Kapoor and Varun Dhawan stunned as showstoppers for the collection.
