Jacqueline Fernandez appointed as brand ambassador for India by Lee
Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez has been appointed as India’s brand ambassador of the denim company, Lee. The actress launched the latest collection of denims ‘Woman Body Optix’ specially crafted for the Indian woman’s body at an event in Mumbai on February 15, 2017. Jacqueline is known for her energy and her versatile character that reflects the same characteristics of the brand.
The actress is popular among the youth, due to which Lee has partnered with her. The brand Lee has always been a popular name for denims. Jacqueline at the event said, “Denims have this soft corner in all our hearts and these pairs are such a great companion of our growing up years. Lee is most definitely a synonym of denim as the brand has been here for over a 128 years because of innovators, ideators and master craftsmen as part of their team,” she further continued, “So there was no second thought, I mean who would think twice before signing up with a global icon like Lee? At least I wouldn’t!”
With the help of the new collection by Lee, the company is revolutionizing the way denims have been created and worn across the globe. The objective of the company has always been to bring to the end customer with denims that are comfortable, easy to wear and yet add to the certain factor to the denim wearing experience.
Jacqueline, at the event was seen wearing a pair of blue denims from the collection, a white-t-shirt and a jacket. The launch event also saw the presence of actor Purab Kohli, Sharad Wali, the GM of Lee India and Steve Zades, the VP of VFC.
On the work front, the actress was last seen in the movie ‘A Flying Jatt’ and is currently filming for the upcoming movies ‘Judwaa 2’ and ‘According to Matthew’.
