Close friends of Randhir Kapoor join the Kapoor family for celebrations

The Kapoor family celebrated Kareena and Karisma’s father, Randhir Kapoor’s birthday in Mumbai on February 15, 2017. The entire Kapoor family gathered to celebrated his 70th birthday. The occasion also marked Kareena Kapoor’s child Taimur Ali Khan’s first Big Kapoor party.

The special guest was indeed Taimur, who made his internet debut the day he was born. Apart from the proud daughters Kareena and Karisma the attendees of the grand party included Saif Ali Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Rekha Sajid Khan, Prem Chopra, Rishi and Neetu Kapoor, Rakesh Roshan, Malaika Arora, Amrita Arora, Ranbir Kapoor, Ameesha Patel, Jitendra, Poonam Dhillon, Babita Kapoor, Salim Khan and others.

The Kapoor sisters Kareena and Karisma looked vibrant in glittery outfits and posed for the shutterbugs along with mother Babita. Kareena opted for minimal make-up. Randhir, while talking about his birthday plans earlier said, “You don’t need preparations for a family gathering. We have one almost every night where we meet, laugh, get drunk and come back home. We’re one family that’s happy among ourselves.”

Veteran actress Rekha was seen in her signature golden sari with matching accessories. Malaika and Amrita were seen in western outfits for the occasion. With so many stars under the same roof, it seemed like a reunion of old friends meeting up and having some great time. Bollywood’s most eligible bachelor Ranbir Kapoor was seen in casuals and was seen sporting a military jacket. While everyone was looking for Taimur, reports say that the little one was brought at Randhir’s residence much before everyone else arrived for the bash. On the work front, Randhir was last seen in the movie ‘Super Nani’ in 2014 in which he starred opposite Rekha. The actor got married to Babita in the year 1971 when he was 24 years old.
