Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya co-star Sahil Vaid says Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt are not the ones who throw tantrums, but are hard workers
While the promotions for Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya are on, everyone saw an excited Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt dominating the promotional sessions. Being star kids, it is easy to imagine youngsters throwing tantrums on the sets of the movie. However, co-star Sahil Vaid had a different opinion about the two.
Alia is the daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, while Varun is the son of filmmaker David Dhawan. Sahil in a statement said, “Working with Alia and Varun is always a lot of fun. These two work really hard on their films. I owe it to these two to have changed the image of star kids in my head. Varun is a packet of energy, while Alia is baby Naseeruddin Shah“.
Sahil will be seen playing Somdev Mishra in ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya’ and was previously seen in the movies ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya’ and ‘Bittoo Boss’. While talking about his role in the upcoming movie, Vaid said that he plays the childhood friend of Badri – played by Varun – and both are cricket fans.
The movie is directed by Shashank Khaitan and is all set to hit the theatres on March 10, 2017.
