Taapsee Pannu and Shivam Nair interact and share their experience of Naam Shabana at a press conference at Hyderabad
Makers of the movie Naam Shabana hosted a press conference in Hyderabad on March 30, 2017. Actress Taapsee Pannu was seen talking and interacting with the media. Taapsee looked great in a white kurta with flower detailing.
The upcoming movie, which is the sequel to the 2015 movie Baby, will take a plunge in to the back story of Taapsee’s on-screen character, Shabana. We get to know how she was trained to become a special agent. For her role, Taapsee went through gruelling training for Judo and mixed martial arts. The press event also saw the presence of director Shivam Nair and producer Neeraj Pandey.
The director was all praises for Taapsee at the event. The actress made her debut in Bollywood with the movie Chashme Baddoor in 2013 and has also worked in many south movies. However, the actress shot to fame with her action packed character in Baby in which she was seen playing the role of a cop. Naam Shabana also stars Manoj Bajpayee and a cameo role by Akshay Kumar, who starred in the first movie, Baby. Taapsee was also appreciated for her role in the movie Pink which also starred Amitabh Bachchan. The movie hit the theatres in September 2016 and was directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury.
