Varun Dhawan announces that he will be taking a break from Twitter through an Instagram story
Fans of Bollywood hunk Varun Dhawan might be disappointed by the news that the actor has taken a break from the micro blogging site Twitter. The good news is that the Badrinath Ki Dulhania star is still on Instagram, so his 8.4 million followers can continue getting image updates from him.
Dhawan wrote, “Off Twitter for sometime. It’s not goodbye. It’s more like i’ll see you soon.”
Going by the message, it seems like the actor has become more busy and wants to concentrate on his work. After the success of Badrinath Ki Dulhania with Alia Bhatt, the actor is currently filming for the movie Judwaa 2.
Judwaa 2 is the official sequel to the Salman Khan starrer Judwaa which also starred Karisma Kapoor and Rambha. The sequel will have Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu. The exciting part is that the sequel will have a cameo of original stars, Salman and Karisma. Judwaa 2 is by his father, filmmaker David Dhawan. Varun recently shared how he will be on a schedule for the film, shooting for 40 days straight in the United Kingdom. He even shared one of his last Tweets which read –
#6MonthsToJudwaa2. See you guys on 29th SEPT pic.twitter.com/vS054SQrxY

Varun Dhawan talked about the reports where he was compared to Salman Khan, to which he replied that people who are making this comparison are wrong, as Salman is a superstar while Varun is a junior. The upcoming movie is directed by David Dhawan, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and is due to hit theatres on September 29, 2017. Varun will be seen playing a double role as twins.
Since the Student Of The Year actor is quite the trend-setter from tinseltown, maybe his fans will follow suit and quit social media for a while. It does help to concentrate of goals and one’s career and do something better with your thumbs!
