The stunning Huma Qureshi turned showstopper for designer Rina Dhaka at the India Couture Week held in Delhi on July 30, 2017. The Dedh Ishqiya actress dazzled in a silver and gold outfit and looked gorgeous as she walked the ramp.
Qureshi completed her look with Narayan Jewellers timeless necklace which made her look more elegant in the ethnic outfit. The actress while talking about her outfit with a leading daily said, “The outfit that she (Rina) has made for me is so stunning. It’s so muted with silver and gold and lovely work, sheer fabric, it’s got so much drama going on, which is a little bit like me. So, I kind of relate to the outfit I wore with beautiful jewellery.”
Huma added that the designer Rina Dhaka understands the Indian body with the drapes and work and managed to bring out the best in her. The Highway actress also had a smart answer, when she was asked about her outfits for her wedding celebrations. Huma said, “I want to elope and get married. I think as an actor you wear so many of these beautiful clothes and jewellery that I am tired. I want to wear shorts and a t-shirt, no makeup, my hair in a bun. It will be so much fun. I will just throw a big party somewhere.”
Designer Rina, too talked about her collection and shared that it was Huma who gave the idea of metallics and they used the bijoux concept of jewellery which was brought through the medium of clothing sets and fashion.
