Bollywood actress Rani Mukherji and husband Aditya Chopra have been blessed with a baby girl on December 9, 2015 in Mumbai. The couple have already named the little new member as ‘Adira’.
Rani gave birth to a healthy baby at the Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. The news came from the proud mother in an official statement which said, “I would like to thank all my well wishers and fans. Today life has given us God’s greatest gift with Adira. We thank fans our friends and well wishers for their unconditional support and blessings. With joy we begin this new chapter in our lives.”
On the other hand celebrities from Bollywood took their Twitter account to wish the new parents. Some of the most exciting Tweets came from family members Uday Chopra who Tweeted, ‘IT’S A GIRL!!!!!’ While Parineeti Chopra Tweeted, ‘ITS A GIRL !!!! So so excited baby Adira is born !! #Adi #Rani’
Filmmaker Karan Johar too expressed his excitement and wrote, “Am an uncle to a beautiful baby girl today!!!!! @udaychopra !!! Rani and Adi had a baby girl!!” Rani was last seen in the movie ‘Mardaani’ after which she got busy in family. Aditya and Rani got married in a secret wedding ceremony in Italy.
