Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai to be aired from February 25
TV channel Star Plus launched a new show ‘Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai’ at a press event in Mumbai on February 9, 2017. The launch event saw Sharad Kelkar, Shaleen Malhotra, Sreejita De, Mita Vashisht, Surbhi Jyoti, Shoaib Ibrahim and Nivedita Bhattacharya.
Sharad will be seen playing the role of a visually challenged man and will be seen playing a brother to lead actress Surbhi Jyoti. Kelkar while talking about the new series said, “There is no protagonist in this show, every character is important. In a way, you can even say that my character leads the show. I am playing a visually challenged man for the first time, which is challenging and exciting. I have watched a few films and plan to rehearse with blindfolds, to perfect my body language. It will be difficult as eyes are the most expressive part for an actor.”
Surbhi Jyoti, who shot to fame with the show ‘Qubool Hai’ will play the character of Zoya. Shaleen will be seen playing an Army officer. Shoaib will be seen romancing Surbhi Jyoti and Shaleen has also been paired opposite Surbhi.
The launch event saw the entire star cast posing for the cameras and interacted with the media. The new TV show will be aired on Star Plus from February 25, 2017.
‘Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai’ is a romantic supernatural thriller that comes with twists and turns beyond imagination. The first promo of the show was launched on January 26, 2017 while the second promo was launched on February 4, 2017.
