Kiran Rao made a trendy and casual appearance as she was photographed shopping in the city
Filmmaker Kiran Rao was snapped in a pink summery outfit in Mumbai on June 1, 2017. Rao, who is married to Aamir Khan, was seen on a shopping spree as she made her way through the streets of the city.
Kiran starred off in Bollywood as an assistant director in the film Lagaan, which was directed by Ashutosh Gowarikar. Aamir and Kiran had met each other on the sets of the film Lagaan and got married in December 2005. Khan had divorced his first wife Reena in 2002. Kiran and Aamir are parents to a five year old son Azad Rao Khan.
Rao has been a vegetarian all her life and has now also influenced husband Aamir Khan to turn vegetarian. Earlier, Kiran used to take milk products and honey during her vegetarian days but has given it up as well after a discussion with Aamir. On the work front, Rao is looking forward towards her upcoming production Secret Superstar which stars Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, Zaira Wasim and husband Aamir Khan.
