Producer Ekta Kapoor hosted a grand Diwali bash which was attended by the who’s who of Bollywood as well as the television industry in Mumbai on October 17, 2017. Ekta played the perfect host as she was seen personally receiving guests at her residence.

The guest list of the party included Shilpa Shetty with husband Raj Kundra, Akshay Kumar with wife Twinkle Khanna, Karan Singh Grover with wife Bipasha Basu, Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra, Shamita Shetty and others. The party also saw the entire team of Veere Di Wedding including Sonam Kapoor, Shikha Talsania, director Shashanka Ghosh, producer Rhea Kapoor and Swara Bhaskar. Fashion diva Sonam looked gorgeous in a concept sari created by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla.

Other attendees of the party included Udita Goswami, Chetan Bhagat, Ronit Roy, Randhir Kapoor, Karishma Tanna, Shabana Azmi and Javed Akhtar, Aftab Shivdasani and Nin Dusanj, Richa Chadda, Arjun Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt and Manyata, Hema Malini, Esha Deol with husband Bharat Takhtani, Jaya Bachchan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sonakshi Sinha and other celebrities from the industry.

The team of Veere Di Wedding recently wrapped the first schedule of the film in Delhi. The second schedule will be shot in Bangkok.
