While veteran actress Sridevi’s mortal remains are on the way to Mumbai, Anil Kapoor was snapped leaving for the airport in Mumbai on February 2, 2018. Kapoor is there at the airport to receive Boney Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor and Sridevi’s mortal remains at the airport.
Boney and Arjun departed from Dubai by the chartered plane belonging to industrialist Anil Ambani. The chartered plane was parked at the Dubai airport since February 25, 2018. The remains of the Chaalbaaz actress will be brought to Anil Kapoor’s residence and will be kept at the Celebrations Club at Garden No 5 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm for the family to pay their last respects on February 28, 2018.
The funeral rites will be held at the Vile Parle Seva Samaj Crematorium and Hindu Cemetry at 3:30 pm on Wednesday. Fans have gathered in large numbers to catch a glimpse of the actress. The Indian consulate will cancel the passport of Sridevi.
The Dubai Public Prosecution has closed the case and approved the release of Sridevi’s body to her family after completing all the processes and investigations. It was further stressed that the actual cause of death was accidental drowning after a loss of consciousness. The last journey of Sridevi will begin at 2 PM from Celebration Sports Club to Vile Parle Seva Samaj Crematorium and Hindu Cemetry on February 28, 2018.
