Varun Dhawan is in Delhi for the promotions of his film October. The Badrinath Ki Dulhania actor received a warm welcome at a college in Delhi as he arrived to promote his upcoming film helmed by Shoojit Sircar on April 5, 2018.
Varun arrived at a college and looked dapper in formals. The actor was seen interacting with the students and staff of the college. October will see Varun play the role of a hotel management student. The film also stars debutant Banita Sandhu, who remained absent from the promotional event for unknown reasons.
Reports said that the actor for his role in October underwent rigorous training in the hospitality field. This is the first time the actor has collaborated with Shoojit for a film. October was shot in just 37 days and Varun got so involved in the character that he felt sad to let it go when the film wrapped. The film is ready to be released in theatres on April 13, 2018.
