Bollywood Garam: After all the attention received by ‘Ragini MMS’, Ekta Kapoor is now ready to show off  her next movie – ‘Shor In The City’ with brother Tusshar Kapoor in the lead role. ‘Shor In The City’ releases on 28th April 2011.

‘Shor in the City” stars Tusshar Kapoor and Preeti Desai (former Miss Great Britain 2006) at a promotional event in the Mumbai suburb of Malad.

The story of the movie is about the three main characters in the movie –  Abhay played by Sendhil Ramamurthy, Sawan played by Sundeep Kishan and Tilak played by Tusshar. The movie narrates the struggle of the characters in the city of dreams, Mumbai.

Abhay, Tilak and Sawan have their individual motives in life and try hard to achieve their goals. Later, they realize that it isn’t that easy to get what you desire for, and that’s when the whole movie kicks off.

The other cast of the movie includes Preeti Desai, Radhika Apte, Zakir Hussain, Girija Oak and Amit Mistry. The movie is directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, and the shooting is mostly done in the bustling city of Mumbai.

For the first time, Tusshar will be seen in an angry and serious character. Earlier, he had done the role of a cop in ‘Zameen’, but his performance had went unnoticed by the audience. The actor has even done many intimate scenes with Radhika, besides the many comic moments, which can be enjoyed by the audience.

So when it comes to a complete review, what does this movie have in store for the audience? We expect the movie “Shor in the City” to be something fresh, and something many people in India can relate to. The focus of the movie is about making your dreams come true in Mumbai, and it’s sure to pull some emotional chords. Given the fact that it will also see the once shy Tusshar in a bold role, we predict it will be something that will define his career, and hopefully make it a memorable performance. And to add to the fact that a former Miss Great Britain is making a debut in Bollywood, it’s definitely worth a watch!
