Actor and dancer Punit Pathak won the title of the show Khatron Ke Khiladi season 9. The finale episode was aired on March 10, 2019 and Aditya Narayan and Ridhima Tiwari were declared as the runners up. Punit, with the help of his abilities and dedication fulfilled every task and won several hearts including of the host Rohit Shetty.
After Punit’s win, Rohit in a statement appreciated the winner and said that he fought against all odds to win the title and added, “Watching the participants push their boundaries has always been an incredible experience and I have witnessed that best on Khatron Ke Khiladi. Punit Pathak has been a well deserving winner as he fought all odds and took all the challenges head on. I am extremely proud of each and every contestant who bravely fought their fears. Together we had a great time and a memorable experience.”
Punit too spoke about his victory and expressed, “Nothing comes easy for me this win was due to sheer hard work, focus, determination and self believe. It feels great to be crowned as the ultimate winner of Khatron Ke Khiladi 9”. The dancer added that winning the show that directs the participants to face their fears and overcome them does wonders to their confidence.
Punit also thanked Rohit and his fellow contestants and the team at Colors for the opportunity.
