Toonpur Ka Superhero is expected to release with Tees Maar Khan on December 25, so that it can give tough competition to the Farah Khan movie. It is alleged said that it was Shah Rukh Khan who convinced the producers of the film to postpone the date, so that it collides with Farah’s directed Akshay starrer Tees Maar Khan.
Kumar Mangat, the producer of Toonpur Ka Superhero calls this as a mere rumour and said that being a producer of the film, it was he who decided the date and that no one urged him to do so.
The rumour might add some more spice to the ongoing war between the former best buddies. According to sources, Farah had approached Shah Rukh as always for her directorial venture, Tees Maar Khan, but it seems he denied the film and that is when the tiff between them initiated.
No one can guarantee the authenticity of this fight between the two, because they have been known to be real close to each other for more than a decade now and not doing a film cannot be an issue of a tiff between two matured artists.
