Bollywood Garam: A huge crowd of Bollywood film stars were on their way towards Karjat on Saturday evening, on the occasion of the sangeet ceremony of “Break ke Baad” actor Imran Khan and Avantika Malik. The star-studded event kick started the celebrations of the wedding of Aamir Khan’s beloved nephew.
Among the guests was Salman ‘Dabangg’ Khan along with (ex?) girlfriend Katrina Kaif in tow. Also in attendance were Danish Aslam, Shahana Goswami, Kunal Kapoor, Karan Johar among others. To avoid uninvited guests, the invitees were all provided swipe cards.
Both the bride and groom-to-be chose to keep their looks traditional. A red lehenga adorned the petite Avantika while Imran wore a black sherwani. Aamir, his wife Kiran and mother Zeenat were busy attending to the guests.
Reports stare that stars danced the night away at the sangeet to the beats of western as well as Bollywood and Punjabi music. The lovely décor and scrumptious food only added to the charm of this high profile event. It seems as if Bollywood was ready to celebrate the wedding of the young star in style.
