Musical Maestros get together for a social cause.
Indian Ghazal maestros came together to announce ‘Khazana – The Festivals of Ghazals’ at a press conference held at the Oberoi Hotel, Mumbai on July 23, 2014. The festival is organized to raise funds for Cancer Aid and Thalassemia awareness.
Ghazal singers who attended the event included, Pankaj Udhas, Anup Jalota, Talat Aziz, Mitali Singh, Sadhana Sargam, Shruti Pathak, Pooja Gaitonde and Tauseef Akhtar.
The press event also had the Founder and Chairman of Cancer Patients Aid Association, Y.K Sapru and Devendra Bharma, the Executive Vice President Oberoi Hotels and Resorts.
Pankaj at the event said that they have travelled a long distance in terms of this journey which would not have been possible without the support of such wonderful colleagues.
