After Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai, Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor has also been immortalized at the popular museum of Madame Tussauds. The wax statue of the actress was revealed in 27th October at the museum where Kareena was also present to unveil her statue.
A lot was spoken about the look of the actress on the statue. Strong reports had told that the actress will be carrying the look that she had in the movie ‘Chameli’, in which she had played the role of a sex worker.
But when the statue was unveiled everyone was surprised as it had the look from the movie ‘Jab We Met’. Kareena was seen in the outfit which she was wearing in the song ‘Mauja Mauja’ from the film along with Shahid Kapoor.
Kareena had known her look but was not supposed to reveal as per the contract. The actress said that she had to decide from the two looks from ‘Chameli’ and ‘Jab We Met’ and then thought that people even today associate her with the name ‘Geet’ which she had in the movie. Talking about her experience when she had seen the statue she had said that it was a surreal moment and that it was an honor to be with Amitabh Bachchan, Salman and Shahrukh.
