Bollywood Garam: The grand finale of the popular Indian reality show Bigg Boss 5 saw TV actress Juhi Parmar bagging the title and taking home 1 crore Indian rupees. The actress who caught fame with the TV soap ‘Kum Kum’, competed for the final spot with actress Mahek Chahel.
The show began with 14 contestants and Juhi was the only one who was in the house from the beginning. The other finalists in the finale included Sky, Siddharth Bhardwaj and Amar Upadhyay.
Juhi has now become the second female contestant to win the show. The fourth season was won by TV actress Shweta Tiwari who was also popular among the audience due to her TV soap image.
The 31-year-old actress was earlier seen participating on the reality shows like ‘Pati Patni Aur Who’ and ‘Maa Exchange’, in which she was seen indulging in lots of arguments. But the actress was patient enough throughout the three months that she spent in the house. Some of the inmates did not like Juhi’s friendship with Sky, as he was the one who got in to the ugliest fights in the house. However, Juhi shared her own views on the show with other contestants but continued to remain the favorite of the audience.
The finale was also attended by Malaika Arora Khan, Rakhi Sawant, Imran Khan and Karan Johar.
