Shahrukh Khan is the brand ambassador for Hyundai Xcent, a new compact sedan.
Badshah of Bollywood Shahrukh Khan has bagged yet another hefty endorsement deal. The ‘Chennai Express’ actor has been roped in as the brand ambassador by Hyundai Motors India for its compact sedan vehicle Xcent. Hyundai launched its Xcent car earlier in 2014 and has sold 35,000 units so far.
The compact sedan has already managed to make an impact on the customers and the company is confident that its association with Shahrukh will help it even more. Bo Shin Seo, the MD and CEO of Hyundai Motor India said, “SRK’s association has enhanced the brand’s reminiscence and propagated our modern premium brand values. And with the transition from i10 to Xcent, the new association connects the family man Shah Rukh Khan with the attributes of real family sedan Xcent”.
Earlier, Shahrukh has been associated with the Santro, which was the first car that Hyundai launched in India. Talking about his association with the brand, King Khan said that he has been associated with the company for 16 years now and that it was a pleasure.
Shahrukh Khan is busy with the promotions of his upcoming movie ‘Happy New Year’ that is directed by Farah Khan.
