Bipasha Basu not a fan of Deepika Padukone’s ‘Dum Maro Dum’ item song

Bollywood Garam: Being a senior actress to Deepika Padukone, Bollywood bombshell Bipasha Basu aka. Bips, is not really impressed by her co-star’s recent item song in the movie ‘Dum Maaro Dum’. She is not alone, because even fans are not going gaga over Deepika Padukone’s hip-shaking movies; and overall there have been mixed responses from all over.

The “No Entry” actress was not all taken up by Deepika’s recent venture with the song, especially after all the hype was made about the song and her short skirt. Infact, friends close to the actress have said that some rivalry has already started between the two ‘Dum Maro Dum’ beauties.

Some have even said that Bipasha thinks that she is a better item girl- as seen in “No Entry” which happened to be a big hit –  than Deepika. Even in front of the press, when the ‘Jism’ girl was asked about the latest item song, she did not seem much excited about it, in spite being a part of the same Bollywood movie.

Bips is now satisfied that she is not the part of the item song. While the item song was in the making, the makers of the movie had said that the song will be a landmark in the Indian film industry and that it would be the hottest item song, which will out stand ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’ and ‘Munni Badnaam Hui’. Unfortunately, the item song failed to impress the audience, and it also miserably failed at the choreography department with Deepika Padukone’s moves dubbed as ‘wooden’ and ‘not sexy’.

Well Deepika, take a hint from Bips and work on those moves. Afterall, just being a pretty face is not enough to make a mark in the Bollywood ‘item girl’ department, right?
