Arbaaz Khan’s Next Film, ‘Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai’ is the First Film Ever to Be Shot at the White House
Actors Arbaaz Khan and Manjari Fadnis shot at the White House at Washington DC, USA for their upcoming movie ‘Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai’.
Directed by debutant director Keshhav Panneriy, this movie has apparently become the first movie ever to have been shot at the White House! Its a big acheivement for the Bollywood Industry and Indian film makers, to receive such recognition and honor, internationally.
The best part of the shoot was filming inside the Constitutional Hall of the White House. The marbled white ballroom, situated between the George Washington memorial and Vice President Joe Biden’s residence, was lit up for the first time for a Bollywood movie shoot.
Here’s the official premise for the scene that was shot at the Constitutional Hall of the White House –
Manjari Fadnis’s character is to receive an award from the American President and her date for the night is Arbaaz, an American businessman.
Director Keshav Panneriy said, “It took us almost a year to get permission. I applied more than 15 times before we were allowed, only because some of my line producers are Americans.”
The movie has also been filmed at various other locations throughout the USA inlcuding; West Virginia, Washington, New York City and Maryland. Other locations in India inlcude – Rajasthan, India and Mumbai.
Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai stars Ashutosh Rana, Prem Chopra, Supriya Pathak, Manjari Fadnis and Himansh Kohli along side the leading Arbaaz Khan. The movie is being produced by Purnima Mead under the banner of Bibiya Films and is a light family entertainer.
‘Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai’ is all set to release in January 2017.
